The past can anchor us, keeping us trapped in a space of anxiety, depression, anger and hurt.

As a therapist, I envision my role as the support to guide you toward releasing your anchor and making a shift in healing. We do not need to stay in our past, in our traumas, in our fears. We can move forward and thrive; we deserve to do so.
